Chris Calero, MS, CSP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation safety, training, and compliance. Previous roles include Managing Director of Training & Security at Saltchuk Aviation (formerly Northern Aviation Services), where responsibilities encompassed aviation technical training and safety compliance. At Lockheed Martin, Chris held multiple positions, including Environment, Safety & Health Engineer and Colorado ESH Engineering Manager, overseeing safety programs for over 31,000 employees globally. Earlier military experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of Weapons Safety in the United States Air Force, managing European explosive and weapons safety programs. Chris has also worked as a Health and Safety Specialist for the City of Fort Collins and currently serves as Senior Manager of Environment Health & Safety at SpaceX.
