Conor Sefkow

Conor Sefkow is a mechanical engineering professional with significant leadership and engineering experience in both academic and industrial settings. Currently serving as the Baja SAE Managing Director at Bruin Racing since September 2019, Conor manages a 90-member student team focused on the design, manufacture, and testing of a single-seat off-road vehicle. Prior roles include project engineer focusing on composites and aerodynamics, and various engineering internships at SpaceX, HiBotics, Leonardo DRS, and the San Diego Supercomputer Center, where skills in design, fabrication, simulation, and software proficiency were developed. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in 2023.
