Daniel Anderson

Sr Propulsion Engineer, Starship

Daniel Anderson is a Sr Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX, where they currently work on the Starship propulsion system and the Super Heavy booster. Prior to this role, Daniel served as the Responsible Engineer for the Dragon2 propulsion system and worked on the Dragon1 and Dragon2 pad abort vehicles. Daniel began their career as a propulsion intern at SpaceX, during which time they contributed to the design of the Merlin and SuperDraco systems. They also held a Graduate Assistantship at Penn State University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2011.
