Del Basurto

Del Basurto has extensive experience in supplier performance and operations within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Since February 2013, Del has held the position of Supplier Performance Specialist at both Space Exploration Technologies and SpaceX. Between 2016 and 2018, Del served as the Tooling Operations Machine Shop Supervisor at Space Explorations. Prior roles include SME Program Manager at AMRO Fabricating Corporation from September 2011 to February 2013, and Program Manager at BTL Machine/Apex Design Technology from April 2009 to September 2011. Del began a career in machining coordination at Alcoa's Forge Division, where tenure lasted from June 1979 to March 1994.
