Don Mills

Don Mills possesses extensive experience in aerospace and nuclear engineering, with a notable tenure at SpaceX since July 2018, where positions have included Director of Launch Build Reliability and Manager of Spacecraft Integration for Dragon Operations. Earlier roles at PSEG included serving as a Nuclear Shift Supervisor responsible for Nuclear Leak rate testing, while the US Navy experience encompasses instruction at the Naval Nuclear Power School and serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, leading teams during deployments. Academically, Don Mills holds a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, and an Associate of Science from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
