Dustin Silvis

Dustin Silvis is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in aerospace and military service. Currently serving as Director Of Operations at Sierra Space since June 2021, Dustin previously held key positions such as Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation Space Systems, and various supervisory roles at SpaceX, including Production Manager for Stage 2 Integration and Structures Supervisor for the Falcon 9 launch vehicle. Dustin's military experience includes serving as Aircraft Structural Maintenance Craftsman in the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Space Systems Operations Management from Webster University, a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate degree in Airframe Mechanics from the Community College of the Air Force.
