Hansen Jones

Hansen Jones is an experienced thermal engineer with a strong background in propulsion and fluid analysis. At SpaceX, Hansen served as a Senior Thermal Engineer and previously held the positions of Propulsion Engineer II and Senior Propulsion Engineer, focusing on thermal management for space vehicles and a range of hardware applications. Hansen also contributed as a Thermal and Fluids Analyst at Stoke Space and as Lead Thermal Engineer at ABL Space Systems. Early career experiences include engineering internships at FMC Technologies and GE Oil & Gas, and a role as an Associate Engineer at Firefly Space Systems, where design and analysis for launch vehicles were key responsibilities. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, graduating with high honors.
