Jared Roy is an experienced professional in satellite production and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Director of Starlink Operations at SpaceX since December 2017. Previous roles at SpaceX include Director of Starlink Supply Chain and various managerial positions focused on supply chain reliability. Prior to SpaceX, Jared held multiple engineering and managerial roles at Honeywell, including Quality Manager and New Product Introduction Engineer, with an expatriate assignment in Romania. Earlier career experiences include post-doctoral and pre-doctoral research in Biological Fuel Cells and work as a Civil Engineer at DOWL. Jared holds a PhD in Nanoscience & Microsystems Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
