Joshua Fleming is an accomplished electrical engineer currently serving as a Sr. Electrical Power Systems Engineer at SpaceX, where they design and manage critical power infrastructure for the private orbital launch program. Previously, Joshua held various roles at Cummins Inc., including Technical Group Leader and Senior Product Validation Engineer, where they led the validation of electromechanical fuel systems and developed innovative testing procedures. Joshua also gained valuable experience during internships at Polaris Industries and Alexander and Associates, as well as leading the electrical team in the Formula SAE competition. They earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cedarville University.
