Khalid Althomali

Khalid Althomali is an experienced engineer specializing in electrical and hardware reliability with a strong background in avionics and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Reliability Engineer at SpaceX since January 2024, Khalid previously held roles at iota Biosciences, Inc. as a Senior Electrical Engineer, Talis Biomedical Corporation as a Senior Manufacturing and Test Engineer, and Abbott in various capacities including Electrical Engineer and intern Test Engineer. With a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor's degree from Umm Al-Qura University, Khalid combines academic knowledge with extensive industry experience.
