Krishan Paramesvaran

Krishan Paramesvaran currently serves as Sr. Director of Starlink Customer Success at SpaceX since September 2023. Prior to this role, Krishan held various leadership positions at Gopuff, including Head of Customer Experience, where responsibility encompassed strategy and execution for customer and driver support. At Amazon, Krishan led worldwide customer service operations and advocated for delivery drivers, while also managing extensive third-party customer support networks. Krishan’s earlier experience includes roles at Uber, where a hybrid in-house/outsourced strategy was developed, and Arvato Digital Services, providing technical advisement and project management. Krishan holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
