Kyle Jeffries is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Lead Build Reliability Engineer at SpaceX since October 2020, Kyle supports launch pad operations and recovery efforts for the eastern U.S. recovery fleet. Previously, Kyle held roles including Build Reliability Engineer II and Launch Engineer II at SpaceX, contributing to the reliability of the Dragon and Falcon 9 missions. Before joining SpaceX, Kyle worked as a Design Engineer at Stewart-Haas Racing, where responsibilities included designing vehicle components and system analysis. Kyle's career began at MarkMaster, Inc. as a Technical Operations Manager, overseeing technical operations and interacting with major Fortune 100 clients. Additionally, experience as Team Captain for USF Racing involved leading a team to design and race a collegiate autocross vehicle. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of South Florida.
