Lora Ulmer is an accomplished engineer with a specialized background in materials science and engineering. Lora began her career as a Materials and Processes Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems from May 2011 to June 2014. Subsequently, Lora joined SpaceX, where roles progressed from Materials and Processes Engineer to Lead Dragon Materials Engineer, ultimately advancing to the position of Sr. Manager and Manager of Materials Engineering between March 2016 and March 2020. Lora holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
