Luke Henderson

Luke Henderson is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in propulsion and structural engineering, currently serving as a Propulsion Engineer II for SpaceX on the Starship project since January 2023. Previously, Luke worked at ABL Space Systems as a Structures Engineer, focusing on the design and testing of launch pad mechanisms and hydraulics systems. Earlier roles include Mechanical Engineer at Relativity, overseeing the primary structures of rockets, and a Graduate Student Researcher at UCSD Drone Lab, where Luke led the design of a deployable drone utilizing 3D-printed components. Luke's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego.
