Luke Nosek

Luke Nosek is a prominent venture capitalist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at Gigafund since July 2017, Luke is also a Managing Partner at The Founders Fund, a position held since April 2006, where responsibilities include predicting market trends, evaluating companies, making investments, and supporting portfolio companies. Luke co-founded PayPal, where contributions included business development, marketing, and strategy, as well as facilitating introductions to key investors. Additionally, Luke worked in evangelism at Netscape for a brief period. Educationally, Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1992 and 1996.
