Lushi Zeng

Lushi Zeng is a Technical Recruiter II at SpaceX since September 2024 and a member of StartupExperts, an exclusive community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders at Series A companies, commencing in June 2023. Previously, Lushi held the position of Director of Growth at Hireflow in 2024 and at Rocket from August 2019 until October 2024, during which time also produced the podcast Recruiting Roundtable. Earlier career roles included Recruiting Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at NepFin from February 2018 to August 2019, along with various positions in behavioral therapy, health education, and sales. Lushi earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Product Management from the University of California, Davis, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from San Jose State University.
