Megan Steppe is a Lead Network Reliability Engineer at SpaceX Starlink, where they focus on optimizing network performance. They previously served as a Network Operations Analyst at SpaceX and gained experience as an Analytics Intern at IDX, where they worked with AWS Quicksight and data pipelines. Megan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University, where they also worked as a Teaching Assistant, leading labs and supporting students. Currently, they are pursuing knowledge in biometric security and engaging with the Software Engineering community through involvement in OSU’s ACM-W and Security Clubs.
