Michael Meier

Michael Meier is a skilled engineer with a background in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Test Engineer II for Starship HLS components at SpaceX since November 2022, Michael has previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Falcon Propulsion Components at SpaceX. Prior experience includes a role as a Flight Test Mechanical Design Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace and various engineering co-op positions at Gulfstream, where responsibilities included propulsion thermodynamics, electro-mechanical systems, and preliminary design. Michael's involvement with River City Rocketry showcases a strong foundation in liquid propulsion research and launch vehicle design, having contributed to projects that achieved competitive recognition. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
