Omid N.

Omid N. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in ASIC design and implementation. Currently serving as a Principal ASIC Designer at SpaceX since December 2016, Omid has previously held key positions at Broadcom Inc. and STEC, Inc., where expertise in low power and high-speed DSP chipsets and NAND Flash Controllers was demonstrated. Omid has also contributed to various projects in leadership roles, including serving as ASIC Design Manager at Jaalaa (M) Sdn. Bhd. and as Sr. ASIC Design Engineer at Kavoshcom. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University.
