Pat Hessenius

Pat Hessenius, P.E., has extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the aerospace sector at SpaceX, where roles spanned from Launch Engineer I to Manager of Starship Launch Engineering over a four-year period. Prior to SpaceX, Pat worked as a Project Consultant at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., and held positions as an AutoCAD Technician at CB&I and a Civil Engineering Intern at VÍAS Y CONSTRUCCIONES, S.A. and DRA Taggart. Pat initiated an academic career as Co-Chair of the Freshman Engineering Conference at the University of Pittsburgh while conducting undergraduate research at the Hillman Cancer Center. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
