Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Engineering at SpaceX, Rafael oversees the Starlink Supplier Development Engineering team, focusing on supplier qualification strategies and risk containment. Previously, Rafael held notable positions at GE and Northrop Grumman, where they managed cross-site teams and drove initiatives to enhance supplier performance. Rafael also pursues a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Miami.
