Rob Melton

Rob Melton is an experienced professional currently serving as a CSA II at SpaceX since April 2024. Previously, Rob worked in business development at Gathid from October 2023 to August 2024 and as a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft from September 2021 to March 2023. At Microsoft, Rob partnered with customers to enhance engagement and support application modernization. Prior roles include Inside Sales Account Manager at RightCrowd, Customer Relationship Manager at Virginia Mason Hospital and Seattle Medical Center, Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager at Vertafore, and roles at Washington Mutual Bank and Wells Fargo Bank focusing on financial services and small business customers. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from City University of Seattle and various other educational qualifications in business and project management.
