Ronnie Drale

Ronnie Drale has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, primarily at SpaceX since November 2008, where roles included Propulsion R&D, Welding Lead for Liquid Engine Development, and Propulsion Welding Lead. In these positions, Ronnie demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of welding and fabrication techniques, overseeing a team of 20 welders in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, as a Propulsion Sr. Welder, Ronnie exhibited expertise in welding standards and processes to support both routine and complex rocket engine projects. Prior experience includes working as an Aerospace Welder at Precision Tube Bending from October 2006 to November 2008. Ronnie holds education from El Camino College.
