Roy Cureghian

Roy Cureghian is the Director of Hardware Reliability Engineering at SpaceX, overseeing the reliability department for the Starlink product. Previously, Roy held various positions at SpaceX including Senior Manager of Starlink Dish Reliability Engineering, and was instrumental in driving quality metrics and process improvements in manufacturing. Roy's earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Engineer at Raytheon and as a Test Engineer at Brylen Technologies. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University.
