Sarah Scott

Sarah Scott has a diverse background in environmental health and safety and inventory management. Currently serving as an Environmental Health Safety Engineer at SpaceX since July 2020, Sarah previously worked at Vertex Aerospace as an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer, where responsibilities included operating a pre-treatment wastewater system and managing a Hexavalent Chromium program. Earlier experience includes serving as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at Total Parts Plus, focusing on conflict mineral reporting, and working as an Inventory Manager and Internal Advisor at Mungenast Automotive Family, where Sarah logged new and preowned vehicles and developed organizational processes for inventory management. Sarah's career began as a Cocktail Waitress at The Loading Dock, where leadership in training new staff was a key responsibility. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western Illinois University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
