Scott Moon

Scott Moon is a Senior Structures Engineer at SpaceX since May 2021, with extensive experience in aerospace engineering, including previous roles at SpaceX as a Structures Engineer and at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group as a Designer. Notable responsibilities at SpaceX include lead engineering roles for the Crew Dragon Interior and various components of the Falcon 9 rocket. Scott's earlier experience includes an Engineering Co-op at Johnson Space Center and an internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where a VBA tool for thermal analysis of deployable satellite structures was developed. Scott holds a Master of Science in Product Design from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
