Shawn Richardson

Shawn Richardson has over 28 years of extensive experience in welding inspection and quality assurance, currently serving as a Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor at SpaceX since September 2012. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at Met-Con, Inc. from November 2009 to September 2012 as a Certified Welding Inspector, overseeing quality control for various high-profile clients including NASA and Lockheed Martin. Shawn also contributed as a Certified Welding Inspector at The Arthur Louis Steel Company from July 1995 to November 2009, ensuring the quality of fabricated and welded structural steel. Educational credentials include a Certified Welding Inspector degree obtained from the Lincoln Electric School of Welding from 2007 to 2008.
