Spike O'Carroll

Spike O'Carroll is a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer currently working at SpaceX on the Starlink Consumer Platform within the Growth and Payments team since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Dispatch AI, where efforts focused on transforming emergency response through AI-driven operator support. O'Carroll has also contributed as a Software Engineer Intern at Portal, developing advanced features for an AI web browser, and as the creator of Libreddit, a privacy-focused Reddit client with millions of users. Additional roles include freelance web development, designing high-converting websites, and managing IT strategies for various organizations. O'Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
