Stephen Herndon is currently a Sr. Counsel at SpaceX, having transitioned from a role as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where they worked from 2015 to 2024. Prior to this, Stephen held positions as a Surveillance Shift Manager at Tropicana Las Vegas (2010-2011) and a Surveillance Agent at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas (2012). Stephen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2008-2010) and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School (2012-2015).
