Tom Honeybone is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in engineering and program management across prominent technology companies. Currently at SpaceX in Starlink Engineering since September 2023, Tom previously served as Group Technical Program Manager for WhatsApp at Meta from March 2022 to August 2023, focusing on optimizing developer efficiency for privacy. Prior to that, Tom spent over a decade at Microsoft, where roles included leading engineering teams for digital transformation in the Media & Communications sector, overseeing global consumer app delivery, and managing the Xbox Partner Engineering team responsible for major third-party applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Network Engineer at CASE Communications PLC, where Tom designed and supported critical voice and data networks. Tom holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
