Tom Neal has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, having worked in prominent positions at companies including GE Aviation and SpaceX. At GE Aviation, Tom served as an Inventory Specialist and Quality Value Engineer, later transitioning to GE Power & Water, where a significant role as Buyer involved managing a $7M procurement strategy. Tom's expertise continued to grow in various roles at SpaceX, progressing from Buyer to Senior Manager, overseeing sourcing strategies for flight grade hardware and production-related procurement. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati, achieved with a 3.75 GPA.
