Tom Tran

Tom Tran is a highly experienced IT professional with a solid background in application engineering, systems administration, and technical support. Currently serving as Manager and Lead IT Applications Engineer at SpaceX since July 2019, Tom previously held various roles at Forever 21 where significant achievements included a 400% increase in ticketing implementation and the development of automation processes.
