Torey Johnson is a seasoned software and test engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently at SpaceX since February 2016, Torey has developed and maintained internal process management tools that enhance productivity and reduce errors in Space Simulation Test Labs and Starship test Lab. Prior to this, Torey worked as a test engineer at NTS - National Technical Systems, where test programs and procedures were developed and maintained, and served as an electronics technician at Lockheed Martin, focusing on the repair and testing of automated support systems. Earlier career roles include test technician positions at LiveTV and EM Research, as well as avionics technician experience in the US Navy, where radar systems and calibration were handled. Torey holds a Technical Certificate in Programming Analysis from Valencia College and pursued further education at UCLA.
