Yves Chen

Yves Chen is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in multi-axis machining and precision manufacturing, particularly within aerospace propulsion systems. With expertise in high-temperature materials and titanium alloy processing, Yves has played a crucial role in process planning and optimization at SpaceX since 2019. Previously, they held engineering positions at ChargePoint, Tesla Energy, and SunPower Corporation, demonstrating a strong foundation in both software and system engineering. Yves is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
