Tess Bloch

Tess Bloch has a diverse work experience that spans from 2014 to 2022. They co-founded the company Spade in 2022 and currently hold the role of Co-Founder and Operations. Prior to this, Tess Bloch worked at Pinwheel from 2020 to 2022, starting as the Head of Operations and later transitioning to the role of Chief Of Staff & Ops Lead. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Field Organizer at Warren for President. Before that, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2019. Tess Bloch's professional journey began at Venmo, where they worked in Strategy & Marketing from 2015 to 2016 and as a Growth/Marketing Intern from 2014 to 2014.
