Tom Read has over a decade of professional experience in the media and sports industry. Tom began their career in 2006 as Media Support Personnel for the Australian Olympic Committee. Tom then worked for the Foxtel Group from 2009 to 2012 as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator. In 2012, they joined The Walt Disney Company as an Account Manager. From 2014 to 2016, Tom worked as a Partnerships Manager for DAZN Group. After that, they were a Sport Partnerships Manager for both FOX SPORTS Australia (2018) and Foxtel (2016). In 2019, they became a Director at media+sport. In 2020, Tom Read was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer and VP, Strategy & Partnerships at Spalk, and also became an Advisor at Stadia Ventures.

Tom Read completed a Bachelor in Sports Management at the University of Canberra from 2005 to 2008.
