Henry L. is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering leadership and innovation. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Span since June 2023, Henry focuses on leveraging AI to optimize large engineering teams. Previously, in the role of Vice President Of Engineering at Compass from May 2021 to May 2023, and as CTO and Co-Founder at Glide, Henry played a significant role in building technological frameworks for the real estate sector, leading to Glide's acquisition by Compass. Other notable positions include Vice President of Engineering for Zenefits, Director of Ad Platform Engineering at Boingo Wireless, and Co-Founder of Cloud Nine Media and InciteBot. Henry holds a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and completed a program at Y Combinator in 2009.
