Steve Rowbury

Steve Rowbury serves as the VP of Client Services at SPAN Digital Innovation, where responsibilities include sales, account growth, client management, and project delivery. With a strong background in customer relationship management, Steve previously led an enterprise-level team at CSAA Insurance Group and drove the implementation of significant programs at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. An accomplished leader with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, Steve has held senior positions at Innovation Group North America, managing delivery operations in the U.S. and Canada, and has also led the company's efforts in Japan. With a solid foundation in engineering and project management, Steve began the career at Kodak and Bupa, contributing to software engineering projects and driving successful product implementations across Europe and Asia. Steve holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
