Liz Cutlip

Liz Cutlip is a seasoned professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at SPAN since May 2023. In this role, Liz leads SPAN’s expansion into HVAC and private equity-backed home services, focusing on strategy development and contractor engagement. Prior to this, Liz held several positions at SPAN, including Regional Sales Manager and Installer Sales Representative, where growth in critical markets and account management were key responsibilities. Liz's expertise is further complemented by experience as a Project Engineer at Consumers Energy, where involvement in streamlining internal processes and project management was crucial. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business from Hope College, along with research and teaching assistant roles, highlighting a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills.
