Taylor Keep

Taylor Keep has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. They began their career as a Research Associate at Fraunhofer ISE in 2004 and later worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Ove Arup & Partners HK Ltd. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Scientific Research Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In 2010, Taylor co-founded VITAL environments, where they served as the Director of Performance until 2014.

From 2014 to 2017, Taylor joined NRG Energy as the Director of Engineering, where they played a key role in developing clean energy solutions and leading the marketing, engineering, construction, and commissioning of pilot locations.

In 2017, Taylor joined KATERRA and held various roles such as Building Engineering, Head of Building Sciences, Sr. Director of Building & Construction Technology, and Sr. Director of Platform Product Management.

After leaving KATERRA, Taylor worked at Otherlab as the Interim CEO for Stow Energy before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Stow Energy, Inc. in 2022. They then served as a Strategic Advisor at Wynd Technologies, Inc. in 2021 before taking on the role of Staff Product Manager at SPAN in 2023. Overall, Taylor's experience demonstrates their expertise in clean energy, engineering, product management, and leadership roles.

Taylor Keep earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Taylor pursued a Master of Science degree in Energy and Resources at the University of California, Berkeley.
