At the forefront of Malaysia’s corporate landscape stands SPANCO, undisputedly the nation’s premier provider of top-tier fleet management services. Our steadfast commitment to excellence has earned us the trust of the Federal Government, ministries, and agencies nationwide. With a fleet of over 15,000 concession vehicles, our scale and capability are unmatched.

Founded on 16 August 1988, SPANCO’s journey has been marked by consistent innovation and service excellence. We became the largest autonomous provider of fully integrated fleet management solutions when, on 1 January 1994, we were awarded a 25-year concession. This enabled us to supply, lease, and maintain saloon vehicles exclusively for the Government of Malaysia — a responsibility we embraced with pride and precision.

For nearly three decades, we have delivered seamless fleet solutions through a robust infrastructure, an experienced workforce, and a strong service delivery framework. Our commitment is reflected in our ability to manage a vast and diverse fleet, tailored to the operational needs of various ministries, departments, and agencies.

At the core of our operations is a customer-first philosophy. SPANCO offers a comprehensive range of services — from fleet administration, repairs, and maintenance to a sophisticated fleet information system and full insurance management. This holistic approach ensures our clients experience uninterrupted, high-performance fleet operations with maximum efficiency.

We continue to uphold our reputation as a trusted fleet partner, evolving in tandem with digital transformation and sustainable mobility initiatives — driving forward with excellence, reliability, and purpose.
