Karen Moon

Karen Moon serves as the Founding Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Spangle, an Agentic AI platform supported by Madrona and Streamlined Ventures, since June 2024. In addition to this role, Karen has been an Investor and Advisor at Node Innovation Ventures since January 2019, providing guidance to companies such as Ellevest and Bolt Financial, with a focus on innovative financial, consumer, and technology sectors. Karen holds positions as a Venture Partner at Suttona Capital, which concentrates on female-focused growth equity investments, and at Elizabeth Street Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund targeting next-generation consumer technology. Prior experience includes a role as Venture Advisor at Springboard Growth Capital, where investments focused on high-growth companies led by female entrepreneurs. Karen Moon earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Economics from UCLA.
