Amanda Bowen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources management. Currently serving as a Manager in Talent Acquisition at Spanx since March 2020, Amanda has excelled in supporting both internal and external recruiting efforts, collaborating with hiring managers across various business units, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. Prior to Spanx, Amanda held the position of Staffing Manager at Randstad USA, where Amanda managed full-cycle recruiting for strategic accounts and significantly increased candidate engagement. Amanda's background also includes administrative support in the Department of Educational Foundations, Leadership and Technology, as well as internships focused on marketing and retail development. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising from Auburn University.
