Caitlin McCarthy is currently the Head of Intimates at Spanx, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the GMM and SVP of Merchandising for Intimates and Sleep at Victoria's Secret from 2022 to 2024, and held various merchandising positions at Gymboree, including Director of Merchandising from 2015 to 2016. Caitlin began their career in retail at American Eagle Outfitters and JCPenney, where they developed a strong foundation in buying and merchandising. They earned a BS in Retail Management and Consumer Studies from Syracuse University in 2008.
