Caroline Ruder is a talented designer specializing in women's fashion with a diverse background in both design and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Designer, Innovation at Spanx since December 2021, Caroline has held various roles within the company, including Associate Designer and Design Coordinator. Prior experience includes founding and designing for the Caroline Ann Collection, a luxury women's ready-to-wear line, and working as a Women's Activewear Designer for Takedown INC, where Caroline defined the womenswear customer and developed a collection.
