Charleene J. Smith is currently the Senior Legal Counsel at Spanx, where they advise on marketing initiatives, intellectual property matters, and negotiate commercial contracts. Charleene has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions across various industries, including tech, e-commerce, and retail. They hold a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from The George Washington University, and are admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
