Jaipal Reddy is currently the Director of Supply Chain Systems at Spanx and previously served as a Sr. Manager for Order Management Systems at Carter's Inc. They have extensive experience in supply chain management, having worked as a Manager of Order Management Systems at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh and a Senior Consultant at IDHASOFT, where they implemented the Sterling Order Management System for a large retail client. Jaipal began their career as a Consultant at Sterling Commerce, an IBM Company, after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras.
