Janet Medina

Janet Medina is an accomplished professional in the apparel and accessories industry with extensive experience in production and sourcing. Currently serving as Vice President of Production at Spanx since October 2023, Janet has held significant leadership roles including Vice President of Global Sourcing at EXPRESS and Vice President of Product Management and Merchandise Planning at Club Monaco. Additional experience includes positions such as Senior Director of Mens and Women's Apparel Product Development and Production, Production Manager at Adrianna Papell, and Production Manager at Gap Inc. Janet began a career as a Production Manager at Ferrara Manufacturing. Janet earned a degree from Marywood University between 1991 and 1996.
