Joanne Ross-MacLeod currently serves as the Director of Intimates Materials Research & Development at Spanx, beginning in May 2025, where responsibilities include leading innovative materials research for intimate apparel and swimwear. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at Pendleton Woolen Mills, including Fabric Design Manager and Senior Manager of Mill Technical Design, from September 2012 to June 2025. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management & Marketing from Philadelphia University, attained between January 1986 and January 1990, and completed secondary education at Holy Cross High School from January 1982 to January 1988.
