Lisa Greenwald

Lisa Greenwald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product and merchandising leadership. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Spanx since May 2025, Greenwald also contributes as a full-time member of The WIE Suite since January 2019. Previously, Greenwald held the position of Chief Merchandising Officer at J.Crew, overseeing women's and kids' merchandise strategies from May 2017 to April 2025. As a co-founder of Chewbeads from August 2009 to April 2024, Greenwald developed a successful line of non-toxic silicone teething products. Additionally, as Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Madewell from January 2016 to May 2017, Greenwald achieved significant comp growth and successfully launched the brand at Nordstrom. Greenwald earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2000.
